Chair Yoga, just like any yoga class is geared towards helping the mind and body slow down through breathing, movement, stretching, and relaxation. This class takes you through a mostly seated flow, with the exception of a few optional standing poses for balance. The seated portion will work through gentle repetitive movements to wake up all of your joints, muscles, and body parts. Class ends with seated relaxation. All skill levels are welcome. Instructed by Michelle Jerdin. Register by October 8.
