  2. Currently we are only accepting original handmade unique products and craft exhibitors. If there is space after May 1, 2019 we will allow a maximum of 5 multi-level marketing businesses into the event. The goal of this to keep the majority of the vendors as unique as possible.


    If you would like to be considered for this please fill out this form, without payment and we will hold you on the wait list.


    If your business is selected, you will receive information regarding payment and other forms necessary.

  5. GUIDELINES:

    • Vendors must provide canopy tent, weights, and table.
    • Arrive between 12:00-1:00 p.m. to set up. Main Street will close to vehicle traffic at 1:00 p.m.
    • Vendor tables will be open from 2:00-9:00 p.m. for event guests.
    • Scheduled set up area and map will be given to you 2 weeks prior to the event.
    • Vendors will be responsible for completing an ST19 form and submitting with payment.
    • Vendor fee is $50. Check made payable to City of Elk River.
