Election Day is Tuesday, November 6 from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. at your designated polling location. If you have not registered, you can register to vote before October 16 and save time on Election Day, however if you miss that deadline, good news - Minnesota allows same-day voter registration. You can also vote early by mail or in person through Monday, November 5, even if you are not registered to vote at your current residence. In person early voting can be done at the following locations:
**Please keep in mind, early voting at City Hall is for Elk River residents ONLY. Any Sherburne County resident can vote early at Sherburne County Government Center.**

Elk River voters will also decide how to invest in the repair and improvements of recreational facilities and outdoor amenities through a local option sales tax referendum, known as Active Elk River.
