Congratulations Jeanette Lange – Volunteer of the Month

Volunteer of the Month of March - Jeanette Lange

Please join us in congratulating Jeanette Lange, for her recent recognition as Elk River’s Volunteer of the Month. Mayor John Dietz, who established this award program, selected Jeanette for her many contributions and commitment to Elk River through voluntary personal service.

Jeanette has been actively giving her time to our community in numerous ways for many years. She delivers food for Meals on Wheels and CAER, maintains plants and helps to clean St. Andrews Church, assists with Elk River High School theater programs, and volunteers for Feed My Starving Children. She has been to New Orleans twice where she helped to rebuild homes after Hurricane Katrina. Jeanette has also participated in the Rake the Town and Relay for Life events and was involved with Minnesota Nice, a program that sends care packages to soldiers overseas.

Thank you Jeanette Lange for all of your service, and congratulations!

Each month, Mayor Dietz recognizes individuals for their outstanding volunteer efforts which ultimately contribute to the overall quality of life in Elk River. Click here to learn how you can nominate someone for Mayor Dietz’s Volunteer of the Month.
