The project scope spans Proctor Avenue from the railroad crossing south of School Street to Hwy 10 and is planned for construction in 2020. To improve accessibility and safety, the project proposal outlines the reconstruction of Proctor Avenue which includes adding a raised median and designated turn lanes.
