Support Group

If you are caring for someone either close or from afar, please check out our new Caregiver Support Group that meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 1:30 p.m. The group if facilitated by Becky Allard, Licensed Social Worker and is intended for nonprofessional caregivers. This is a safe place to learn from one another by sharing experiences, challenges, coping strategies, and humor. The goal is to help caregivers care for themselves through education and empowerment. A membership to the Senior Activity Center is not required for this partnered program.
