S.W.A.T./Crisis Negotiations

The Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team was established in 1989. The SWAT team is comprised of ten tactical operators, two tactical medics, and an attached element of four crisis negotiators. The SWAT team is commanded by Sergeant Andy Zabee. The Crisis Negotiations Team is commanded by Detective Todd Drayna. Team responsibilities include: Elk River SWAT Patch (2)
