Shelter Rentals

Shelters are a smaller alternative to pavilions, however they do not come with access to indoor restrooms or serving kitchens.

Rivers Edge Commons Park

The most popular park to hold a wedding is our Rivers Edge Commons Park in Downtown Elk River. With beautiful views of the Mississippi River and seating for over 400 people, this is the perfect place to hold an outdoor wedding. Reservations can be made more than one year in advance. Please note: only portable toilets are available, no public restrooms or changing areas available at the park.

Trott Brook Farms Park

The Trott Brook Barn is an open building space with five rectangular tables that seat approximately 30 people. The maximum capacity for this space is 60 people. The building is heated with two indoor bathrooms. While there is no kitchen, there is a sink and moderate counter. There is a concrete slab at the barn where you can place your own outdoor chairs on nice days while opening the barn doors. The Barn is located near a playground.
