Downtown Halloween Trick-or-Treat
Sponsored by the Downtown River's Edge Business Association, you won't want to miss this fun daytime event on October 25, 2019 beginning at 11:00 a.m. Kids in costume can stop by participating downtown businesses on the trick-or-treat trail, meet McGruff the Crime Dog, and have a blast at this free Halloween event.
UPDATE: Due to the inclement weather forecast, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Family Spooktacular event this Saturday. Refunds will be issued to those who have already registered.
Enjoy our Family Spooktacular Event on Saturday, October 12 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Join us for festive fall crafts, music, hayrides and more! Everyone from toddlers to teens can enjoy our activities! Arrive in costume to collect candy and treats from participating businesses and organizations.
Please note, due to construction at Lions Park, this year’s event will be held at Orono Park. Tickets are just $3 in advance or $5 at the door. Buy online now or stop by the City of Elk River Parks and Recreation office located at 13065 Orono Parkway.
Elk River Parks and Recreation is looking for local businesses and organizations to join the fun. Boost your brand awareness by sponsoring a booth on the Treat Trail. There is no cost for space, we just ask that you bring treats for our guests!
