The City of Elk River Parks and Recreation Department hosts a farmers market from mid-June through the beginning of October in the heart of Elk River at the downtown Park Plaza lot located at 716 and 720 Main Street. The Farmers Market has live music as well as special guests and promotions throughout the season. Entertainment in the Park - New Location for 2021
Plans for this spectacular kids summer program are underway and include a change of location. Entertainment in the Park will be held at Woodland Trails Regional Park for 2021. Save the Dates! Thursdays at 10:30 am, June 17 through Aug 12.

Dog Days of Summer
Bring your pup to the dog park at Orono Park for some socialization and exercise. Owners can register for a chance to win a free prize basket from the event sponsors, Spike’s Feed Seed and Pet Supply. Dog Days are held on the second Tuesday of the month, June 8, July 13, Aug 10 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Riverfront Concert Series
The Parks and Recreation Department is in the planning phase for the summer concert schedule for 2021. Because of restrictions due to COVID-19 and historically, the Riverfront Concerts have drawn significantly more people than the current Governor's Executive Order would allow, decisions will be made as more information becomes available.
