Spring Clean Up Day
Give your spring cleaning a kick start on Saturday, April 27 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Elk River Maintenance Facility, located at 19000 Proctor Road NW. The 2019 Spring Clean Up Day event is open to all Sherburne County residents (with proof of residency), and gives people the opportunity to properly recycle and dispose of unwanted household items for free or for a discounted cost. Farmers Market
Parks and Recreation hosts a weekly Farmers Market every Thursday starting June 6, 2019 through October 3 in the heart of Elk River at the downtown Park Plaza parking lot located at 716 and 720 Main Street. The Farmers Market has live music as well as special guests and promotions throughout the season. Elk River Arena Arts & Craft Fair
Twice a year (spring and fall) the Elk River Arena transforms into a marketplace of unique artwork and handmade crafts. Around 100 artisans can be found selling original paintings, photographs, sculpture, jewelry and other crafts.There will not be Arts & Craft Fairs in 2019 due to renovations.
